The aforementioned data may be transferred to legally authorized third parties, with the sole purpose of proceeding, where appropriate, to support or advice in the processing and investigation of the facts and the proposed resolution of the complaint. Likewise, the data contained in the complaint may also be communicated to the competent authority of acts constituting a criminal or administrative offense, if applicable. The complainant is informed of his obligation regarding the veracity of the information provided. The basis that legitimizes the processing of your personal data is the fulfillment of a legal obligation. The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and the processing of the data. The provisions of the archives and documentation regulations will apply.
