3.- We prioritize the safe delivery of our products, and therefore, every item is shipped with insurance coverage for the full purchase amount. As classical guitars are delicate, fragile, and often valuable instruments, we include special gig bags and cases to provide extra peace of mind during transportation. Additionally, your package will be protected by a sturdy cardboard box.
4.- Prices displayed on the website include value-added tax (VAT) applicable to EU countries for purchases made and delivered within the EU.
5.- Payments can be made in Euros or the local currency through PayPal or credit card, with currency exchange fees and bank transfer charges to be covered by the buyer.
6.- Shipments are typically dispatched within 3 to 10 working days, with tracking numbers and insurance provided. Our shipping prices are based on a standard guitar box with dimensions of Guitar + Gig Bag 10mm: 47 x 15 x 107 cm and Guitar + Gig Bag 25mm or case: 47 x 19 x 113 cm.
This box is suitable for a single guitar, including a guitar case, and can accommodate additional small accessories like guitar tuners, guitar strings, guitar straps, and similar products. If your order consists of more than 2 guitars, 2 guitar gig bags and cases, or anything exceeding the capacity of our standard shipping box, additional shipping charges may apply. In such cases let you know about the applicable extra shipping charges. You will then have the freedom to accept the conditions or cancel your order if desired.
7.- Customers are advised to notify the carrier and Alhambra Guitarras within 24 hours of any packaging defects or significant damages upon receiving an order . We ship our products via trusted carriers such as UPS, FEDEX, Correos Express, or TNT
8.- Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs, which vary based on the weight of the shipment. It is recommended to group items in one order to optimize shipping costs.
9.- Additional shipping charges may apply if the order exceeds the capacity of the standard shipping box, and customers will be informed of any extra costs before confirming the order.
10.- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the original packaging is preserved and the products show no signs of use.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery of fered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

11.- Our warranty covers a period of 3 years from the date of your purchase, and it can be extended to 4 years if you register your Alhambra guitar on MIC: https://www.alhambraguitarras.com/en/register-your-alhambra-guitar
If you need to make use of the manufacturer's warranty, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of carriage and any customs charges associated with sending the product to and from Alhambra Guitarras. Once the products reach our facilities, we will handle the delivery and return process at no additional shipping cost to you.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from Alhambra Guitarras for warranty repairs.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
